DownForce is Treeline’s proprietary pipe pushing system. Built on the success of the first generation system, these have been modified to be mobile and push pipe using any Treeline KSM double service rig.
- 15,000 daN downward pushing force
- Quick install into derrick (~30 minutes)
- 7 foot stroke length
- 7 second stroke time
- Pipe sizes from 1.9” to 8 5/8”
- Retracts hydraulically into derrick when required (ie: moves out of the way to land dognut)
- Independent HPU
- Ability to rotate up to 80 rpm and 4000 ft lbs of torque – coming soon!
