Diesel-Fired Boilers
Treeline operates 15 diesel-powered boilers for remote operations when high heat output is needed. These range anywhere from 40 HP to 125 HP some with fuel capacities in excess of 9000L. Treeline boilers come with line pipe and steam heaters to ensure your operations can run smoothly in the winter months.
Gas-Fired Boilers
Boiler #16 is a 125 HP skidded Bi-Fuel Boiler capable of running on 100% natural gas and can switch between natural gas and diesel if there is a supply interruption. It is equipped with a self-contained 36 kW light plant with 3 phase power utilizing a Diesel Isuzu engine can also use shore power if available using a 60A prong 4 pole connection. In addition it comes with 1” return piping to save on fuel and heat loss, a distribution manifold, and a work station for paperwork and for safety meetings.
Hydraulic Catwalks
Treeline manages a substantial fleet of hydraulic catwalks. These are used to improve safety when handling large tubulars by reducing hands-on tasks by the crew. These are available both as diesel powered or electrical, and can achieve floor heights of up to 24 feet.
High-Torque Open Face Tongs
Treeline maintains additional high-torque foster-style tongs including a 54-93 that is capable of up to 12,000 ft lbs of torque in low gear. When used in combination with Treeline’s high hookload rigs and hydraulic catwalks, these are designed to break larger tie-back strings and reduce the reliance on 3rd party tong rental companies.
High-Spec Fluid Pumps
Treeline has been expanding its fleet of fluid pumps to offer continuous-duty pumping operations to the Canadian oilfield. These 600 HP pumps are able to reach higher rates needed for cleanout and milling operations.
